Plaintiff applied to the district court for a writ of injunction to restrain the sheriff and Felix Miller from executing a writ of possession, which had been issued by that court, by putting said Miller in possession of certain premises of which *411he (plaintiff) alleged that he had been in possession for more than 12 months.
