I agree with the result of part III of the majority’s opinion which directs the trial court to render judgment against Parishioner regarding her claims against the Elders for their pre-withdrawal acts. However, I disagree with the majority’s disposition which allows upon remand the imposition of tort liability upon the Church of Christ and the Elders for their disciplinary actions that occurred after Parishioner’s unilateral withdrawal of membership from the Collinsville Church of Christ by her September 25 letter.
