HAIK, Chief Judge.
Pending before the Court is the complaint for a Preliminary Injunction filed by Plaintiff Technical Industries, Inc., herein referred to as Technical, seeking to extend the terms of the Temporary Restraining Order (Doc. # 4) issued on July 15, 2005. On July 15, 2005, Technical filed a Complaint against Jeffery S. Banks, herein referred to as Banks, seeking a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, permanent injunction, and declaratory judgment. Technical seeks to enforce certain provisions in the Stock Option Agreement and the Non Disclosure Agreement.…
