NEUBAUER, PJ.
¶ 1. Dale Earl Nehls appeals a circuit court order denying his request for a de novo hearing following entry of a family court commissioner (FCC) order implementing the custody and physical placement recommendation of the guardian ad litem (GAL). Dale declined to object to the entry of the FCC order, intending to bypass the evidentiary hearing before the FCC and proceed directly to a de novo hearing before the circuit court.
