Plaintiffs, Edward C. Lieder and Nellie Lieder, appeal from the denial of a motion for a new trial. The grounds for the motion were the failure of the trial court to allow into evidence certain testimony of plaintiffs’ expert witness, Dr. Bror Troedsson, because of an alleged lack of foundation. The trial court granted defendant’s motion for dismissal with prejudice at the close of the plaintiffs’ case.
