On October 19, 1931, William Knaak, the then owner of the eighty acres in question, executed a mortgage on said real estate to the plaintiff in the sum of $1,550. On June 10,1932, William Knaak executed a second mortgage on the same real estate to Gottlieb and Emma Knaak in the sum of $653. Gottlieb and Emma Knaak commenced an action to foreclose their mortgage on September 22, 1932, and judgment of foreclosure and sale was entered on December 6, 1932.
