The State of Alabama ex rel. J.Z. petitioned this court for a writ of mandamus directing the trial court to withdraw an order granting blood tests for the purpose of relit-igating the paternity of S.Z. It is my position that this court is required to grant the State’s petition when, as here, there is an existing order establishing paternity, and therefore, I must respectfully dissent.
