KELLEY, Judge.

Keith M. Scott appeals from an administrative order of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole denying his request for administrative relief from the board’s revocation decision recommitting him as a technical parole violator. We reverse and remand.

On April 2, 1992, Scott was sentenced to a 10-to-20 year term of imprisonment on his nolo contendere plea to the crime of third degree murder. With an effective date of March 31, 1983, the Department of Corrections calculated the minimum expiration date on Scott’s sentence as March 31, 1993, and the maximum term expiration date…
