I. INTRODUCTION
Before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss this adversary proceeding filed pursuant to *672Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6), by Nelson R. Rouette and Sandra J. Calvo Rouette, the Debtor-Defendants (hereinafter, the “Debtors”) in this bankruptcy case and adversary proceeding.
