ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS MOTION TO SUPPRESS BREATH TEST RESULTS

The Defendant seeks to suppress the breath test results on three *133grounds. First of all, the Defendant contends that the results are inadmissible because the tests were administered approximately one hour and eighteen minutes after the accident in question.
