Plaintiff, O’Brien Flying Service, Inc., a Louisiana corporation domiciled in Jefferson Davis Parish, sued defendants, Melvin Bell, Melvin R. Bell, and Harold Scott Mills, Jr. on a Thirty-five Thousand Dollar ($35,-000.00) promissory note dated September 22, 1978. The aforesaid note is signed by defendants as makers and is made payable to the order of plaintiff on or before November 30, 1978 and bears 9ViWo per annum interest.
