CLAYTON, Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment in a worker’s compensation case. Appellant, Patricia Ann LeBlanc, filed this suit seeking benefits under the Worker’s Compensation Act. Appellee, Maryland American General Insurance Company, filed its motion for summary judgment upon grounds that appellant did not file her claim for compensation with the Industrial Accident Board pursuant to Tex.Rev.Civ.
