—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Golia, J.), rendered September 5, 1991, convicting him of murder in the second degree (2 counts), and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

We find that the trial court’s denial of the defendant’s severance motion and the ensuing admission of the redacted confessions of the two nontestifying codefendants violated the *918defendant’s right to confrontation (see, Bruton v United States, 391 US 123). The confessions were not…
