Before the court are Sara Fernandez, Marisela Quintero, and Rosa Schmidt’s (“Plaintiffs”) Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Complaint (“Mot. Leave File”) and, on behalf of the United States Department of Labor (“Labor”), the United States’ (“Government”) Motion to Dismiss (“Mot. Dismiss”).
