MEMORANDUM ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS

The Plaintiff filed a Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Educational Debt (Complaint) on January 10, 2001, seeking a determination that his debt to the Defendant Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation (TSAC) is dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C.A. § 523(a)(8) (West Supp.2000).
