OPINION

NELSON, Presiding Judge.

This appeal raises the question of whether $10,000 received by a decedent’s spouse under an uninsured motorist claim is subject to distribution pursuant to the Arizona wrongful death statute, A.R.S. § 12-612.

Appellants, Jack Tony Williams, Jr. and Jim Lee Williams (Williams boys), are the sons of Joyce Williams, with whom they live, and the decedent, Jack Tony Williams, Sr., by a marriage which was terminated by divorce in 1962.
