for the Court:

¶ 1. Joseph F. Tatum III appeals the judgment of the Lamar County Chancery Court. Joseph argues that the chancery court erred in: (1) awarding relief beyond that specifically ordered pursuant to this Court’s prior mandate; (2) awarding attorney’s fees; (3) awarding attorney’s fees incurred on appeal; and (4) awarding any further relief when Lauren D. Tatum came to the court with unclean hands.
