Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Donohue, J.), entered February 26, 1997 in Albany County, which denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
On January 22, 1993 at approximately 9:00 a.m., plaintiff was injured when she slipped and fell on ice which had accumulated in the parking lot of defendant’s apartment complex located in the Town of Selkirk, Albany County.
