HALE, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the district court entered on May 24, 1941, *643overruling a motion to dissolve a temporary injunction theretofore granted, enjoining appellants from selling certain real estate under a deed of trust until the further orders of the court. The controlling question on the appeal is whether the record discloses an abuse of discretion •on the part of the trial court in overruling the motion.
