In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant Central Parking Systems of New York, Inc., doing business as Meyers Parking Systems, also known as Edison Allright, sued herein as Kinney Parking System, Inc., appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Polizzi, J.), dated May 27, 2003, as *451denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against it.
