MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

VAN PELT, Senior District Judge.

This matter is before the Court upon defendant’s motion (filing #7) under Rule 30 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to take a deposition of the plaintiff by stenographic and photographic (video tape) means. Defendant has previously taken plaintiff’s deposition by stenographic means.

The accident from which this action arose occurred in the blacksmith shop of the defendant at its diesel yards in Lincoln, Nebraska. Plaintiff suffered a partial amputation of his right hand when a steel press came down upon it, allegedly due to defendant’s…
