Kenneth Buroker and William Buroker have raised numerous issues in their appeal from the order and supplemental order of the bankruptcy court confirming the Amended Plan of Reorganization filed by Don Raybourn and Kaye Raybourn (hereinafter known collectively as the Raybourns).
