Mrs. S. J. Levett, defendant herein, filed suit on February 9, 1931, via executiva, against plaintiff herein, Mrs. C. A. Hicks, to foreclose on the second and third notes of a series of three vendors’ lien and mortgage notes of $200 each, executed by plaintiff as credit portion of purcháse price of a lot and hotel building and certain furniture and fixtures therein, described as follows: “Lot No. 10 and beginning at N. E. corner of Lot 11 and running S. 135 ft; thence west 48 feet; thence north 135 feet; thence east 48 feet to place of beginning, all in Kirkland Addition to the Town of Sikes,…
