The writ of certiorari allowed in this case brings up for review a resolution of the board of education of the city of Bayonne terminating the services of the prosecutor, Dr. Peter Skladzien,. as medical inspector in the schools of that city. The record in the ease shows that the prosecutor was, on August 3d, 1931, by resolution of the board of education, reappointed medical inspector for a term of three years. He had been in the service of the board prior thereto in a like capacity for a five-year term, the date of the former appointment being June 3d, 1926.
