— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Putnam County (Braatz, J.), rendered August 27, 1986, convicting him of murder in the second degree (two counts), sexual abuse in the first degree (two counts), and unauthorized use of a vehicle in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of the defendant’s motion to suppress identification testimony and certain statements made by him to law enforcement officials.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
