■ ¶ 1. Joseph Moss was convicted in the Wayne County Circuit Court of two counts-of manslaughter. He was sentenced to twenty years on each count, with the sentences to be served consecutively, for a total of forty years in the custody of the Mississippi -Department' of Corrections.
