Plaintiff State Farm Fire and Casualty Company, as subrogee of Michael and Marilyn Kramer, commenced this action in this Court on January 20, 2011, asserting state-law claims of breach of express and implied warranties, negligent design, negligent manufacture, and violation of the Michigan Consumer Protection Act, Mich.
