This action is before the court on appeal from a final adverse decision rendered December 7, 1979 by the Secretary of Health Education and Welfare. Denied were plaintiff’s claims for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income (“SSI”) benefits under Title II and XVI of the Social Security Act, as amended, (“the Act”) 42 U.S.C. § 416(i), 423, and 1381a.
