Appeal by the *549defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Pitaro, J.), rendered December 3, 1991, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the first degree, criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree (2 counts), and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
