¶ 1. On January 13, 1974, Stephen J. Bellino and Margaret Bellino were lawfully *424wed in Louisiana, and on May 2, 2006, the couple was lawfully divorced in Forrest County, Mississippi. During the marriage, Stephen inherited approximately $200,000 from his deceased parents. A portion of this inheritance was used to open a joint-tenancy-mutual fund account with A.G. Edwards (AGE).
