This is an appeal by Allegheny Connty and its Commissioners from an order1 of the Conrt of Common Pleas of Allegheny Connty holding that the appellee, formerly a guard at the Allegheny Connty jail, was entitled to salary increases occnrring after the commencement of his disability nnder Section 1531 of the Second Class Connty Code (Code), Act of Jnly 28, 1953, P.L. 723, as amended, 16 P.S. §4531. We affirm.
