Plaintiff appeals as of right from a judgment and order of dismissal entered by the circuit court granting summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(0(10) to defendant SPX Corporation regarding plaintiff’s claims for wrongful discharge and negligent evaluation. We reverse and remand.

The sole issue on appeal is whether a genuine issue of material fact exists regarding whether a just cause employment contract providing termination only for just cause existed between plaintiff and defendant spx.
