Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Pesce, J.), rendered April 17, 1986, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The forcible stop and frisk of the defendant was based upon reasonable suspicion, and the arresting officers’ testimony at the combined Mapp and Huntley hearing was not incredible as a matter of law.
