Appeal by the defendant from an order of the County Court, Westchester County (Cacace, J.), dated March 16, 2011, which, after a hearing, granted the petition of the People of the State *853of New York pursuant to Correction Law § 168-0 (3) for an upward modification of his risk level classification, to the extent of designating him a level two sex offender pursuant to Correction Law article 6-C.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
