BREYER, District Judge.
In Illinois Brick Co. v. Illinois, 431 U.S. 720, 97 S.Ct. 2061, 52 L.Ed.2d 707 (1977), the United States Supreme Court held that the federal antitrust laws do not apply to claims brought by indirect purchasers, that is, those who did not directly purchase the price-fixed product from a conspirator. As a result of that decision, several states, including Wisconsin, enacted statutes ensuring that indirect purchasers have a remedy under state antitrust laws.
