A judge of the Juvenile Court entered a decree pursuant to G. L. c. 119, § 26, and G. L. c. 210, § 3, dispensing with the need for parental consent to the adoption of two children, Donald and Nicholas. In Adoption of Donald, 49 Mass. App. Ct. 908 (2000),1 we affirmed the decree. The mother2 now appeals from the decision of a Juvenile Court judge denying her request to participate in postdecree permanency hearings that are required to be held when children have been committed to the custody of the Department of Social Services.
