OPINION

By MILLER, J.

This is a law appeal from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court, Division of Domestic Relations, awarding the custody and control of the minor child of the parties hereto to the defendant, the father of said child.

The record reveals that on February 5, 1953, the plaintiff-appellant, Wilma Fae Lindsay, was granted a divorce decree from the defendant-appellee, Roscoe G. Lindsay, and she was also awarded the custody and control of their minor child, Brenda Lindsay.
