Mr. Justice Kephart,
Charles Lafferty made his will in 1875 and died in 1885. The distribution of the corpus of his estate, $1,-800,000, causes this controversy. The first four items of the will do not aid in its solution. The remaining items, relating to the questions involved in the dispute^ must be passed on.
Decedent had six children, and his son, Francis, whose share is for immediate consideration, left three children. While we are concerned with the share of Rose Lafferty, child of Francis, afterwards Rose Carr, our decision will apply to all interests. Rose was survived by two…
