ELLIS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court ordering the defendant-appellant to make child support payments in a Reciprocal Enforcement of Support proceeding. Reversed and remanded.

Plaintiff-appellee, Vouncia Beck Wine-geart, and defendant-appellant, Larry Dale Beck, were divorced on June 8, 1964, in El Paso County, Texas, and in such divorce proceeding, the custody of two minor children was awarded to the appellee.
