POLITZ, Circuit Judge:

This appeal requires the determination of ultimate liability for two deaths occurring in the workplace on a Louisiana jobsite for which Citgo Petroleum Corporation paid death benefits. Citgo now appeals adverse summary judgment of its claim for reimbursement from the insurers of its contractor. We affirm.
