Appellant, Chris Carty (“Carty”), appeals his convictions for Attempted Second Degree Murder; First Degree Assault; *349Using a Dangerous Weapon during First Degree Assault; Second Degree Murder; and Using a Dangerous Weapon during Second Degree Murder. These convictions emanated from two unrelated incidents which occurred on the same afternoon a short distance from each other. In the first incident Carty assaulted Errol Stuart (“Stuart”), and in the second incident Carty murdered Glen Blyden (“Blyden”). These crimes were initially…
