Plaintiff brought suit upon an accident policy issued to him by the defendant, an insurance company. In his complaint, plaintiff asked for judgment in the sum of $7,450, being the total indemnity alleged to have accrued, at the rate of fifty dollars a week, during a period of total disability previously sustained by him as the result of an accident. He further asked for a decree directing that such weekly payments be continued in the future for such length of time as he was thus totally disabled.
