On August 16, 1982, McDonald’s filed a petition for rehearing in the instant case. McDonald’s argues that this court erred in its disposition of counts III and IV for four reasons. First, McDonald’s contends that our decision marks the first time in the history of this State that an Illinois resident has been denied the right to file an action in Illinois alleging a violation of his rights under Illinois law due solely to a procedural rule of a foreign jurisdiction.
