MEMORANDUM OPINION ON OBJECTION TO CLAIM

THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Debtor’s Objection to Claim Nos. 7-1 and 27-1 of Everguard Roofing, LLC (the “Objection”) filed by Debtor, Makwa Builders, LLC (“Makwa”). ' (Docket No. 256). The Court held a final hearing on the Objection on September 10,11, and 22, 2015 and October 22, 2015, and took the matter under advisement.
