This is a special appeal from an interlocutory order of the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia staying further proceedings in plaintiffs’ suits against the appellees, defendants below. The order staying further proceedings in these suits was passed to await final determination by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case of the Securities and Exchange Commission v. Electric Bond and Share Company et al., now pending in the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of New York, or until such time as the case is otherwise…
