Dennis Taylor brought an 'action in Duval County against the “Grand Lodge, Knights of Pythias of Florida, subordinate to the Supreme Lodge, Knights of Pythias of North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia, a corporation,” and claimed damages because as he alleged he became a member of “de*443fendant’s” order by initiation into one of the “subordinate lodges” named “J. C.
