*1091Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County (James R. Griffith, J), entered August 15, 2007 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4. The order granted the petition and suspended the child support obligation of petitioner.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously reversed on the law without costs and the petition is dismissed.
