Before the Court is the Defendant’s Petition for Declaration of Marriage Status and Related Relief. On September 3 0 and October 1,2013, the parties presented their evidence and the Court took the matter under advisement. After considering the evidence and briefs of both parties and for the reasons discussed below, the Court grants the Defendant’s motion and finds that the parties’ marriage is void ab initio.
