MEMORANDUM OPINION

WATERS, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff, Albert R. Fight, brought this action on August 26, 1980, alleging that he was entitled to recover from the defendant by reason of the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.) unpaid overtime compensation due him in the total amount of $8,647.08 plus liquidated damages of an equal amount, and reasonable attorney’s fees.
