This is a citation against the fiduciary of a deceased trustee for an accounting of the administration of the trust by such de*582ceased trustee. In the estate of such deceased trustee there is a citation for the removal of the fiduciary under section 53 (a) 8 of the Fiduciaries Act of June 7, 1917, P. L. 447, which section pertains to situations where the interests of the estate are apt to be jeopardized by reason of his continuance.
